The business is now hiring a Finance Manager to support the Head of Finance during a critical phase of operational evolution.

* Qualified accountant with 4+ years’ PQE, from aircraft leasing background
* Strong technical finance experience, particularly in reporting, consolidation, and process improvement
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong focus on team culture and fit
* Experience working in cross‑timezone, international environments is a distinct advantage
Role and Reporting Lines
This position reports to the Head of Finance and will play a key role in the finance team’s operational and strategic development.
* Reporting – Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across group entities
* Process Improvement – Lead initiatives to improve financial reporting accuracy and timeliness
* Business Partnering – Work with teams across the business to support finance’s role in operational decisions
* Stakeholder Engagement – Liaise with US finance and leadership teams to align reporting and systems
* Systems Development – Support the development and optimisation of finance systems and tools
* Strategic Projects – Lead and contribute to ad hoc strategic projects related to finance transformation
* Team Culture – Help cultivate a collaborative, high‑performance environment within the finance function
* Succession – Position designed to evolve into a Head of Finance role within 3–5 years
