Partners can then focus their resources on their core needs by harnessing our infrastructure and expertise on a project, "tap-in / tap-out" or long-term annuity contracted basis.Position Summary:Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is that of a Trade-in Operative who will be responsible for the day-to-day provision of services in the MacroEV services centre.Essential Responsibilities:Perform detailed inspection of inbound / outbound devices including quality assessments of each device returned via our trade-in channelsSalvage components (where applicable) and provide unit replacement services to improve device grading for onward salePerform day-to-day operations tasks utilising our systems / portalsSupport the Services Administrator in the resolution of any customer (internal or external) /vendor queries and escalationsWeekly reporting and adhering to department KPI's / MetricsManage Stock / PartsEngage and support vendorsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:PC literate with strong competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.Good working knowledge of mobile devices including phone & tabletsGenuine interest in mobile technologies including Google, Apple, SamsungAbility to work comfortably on multiple platformsStrong customer / vendor focus and problem-solving abilitiesHave good written communication skillsExcellent attention to detailAbility to work on own initiative and as part of a teamAbility to multi-task and work under pressureStrong interpersonal and organisational skillsPride in the quality and presentation of workExperience in a similar role would be advantageousJob Type:Full-time, Fixed termContract length:12 monthsBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany pensionEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingWork authorisation:Ireland (required)
