The Spare Parts Administrator is a QGT employee working onsite Intel fabs managing the day-day logistics of spare parts, to include daily meetings with Intel to resolve Discrepant Material Reports (DMR’s) and Non-conforming material. Additionally, they will oversee and follow up on all Fails on Installs (FOI”s) and work on Intel’s SIMI (Supplier Indirect Materials Inventory) system for PO’s, pricing, ETA’s and part numbers. This position reports to the Intel Customer Solutions Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Resolves procurement and inventory defects (variants, holds, exceptions and backorders)Manages and tracks expedited ordersManages cross site movement of inventoryDisposition of dead/excess inventoryDisposition of DMR or NCR materialTracks/follows up on FOI partsMonitors Intel’s systems for shipments and identifies bottlenecksMaintain up to date records in SIMISingle point of contact from the Intel’s perspective

Experience Requirement:
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years Customer Service/Parts Management experience. Preferably in manufacturing/semiconductor industry
