Roadstone Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Analyst to join our Business Process Improvement team. This key role will support the delivery of multiple transformation projects across all locations through analysis, collaboration, and strategic initiative.

About The Role
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Transformation Delivery
* Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and process analysis for large transformation initiatives (e.g., ERP modernisation, Enterprise Data Platform)
* Document current-state (AS-IS) processes, systems, and pain points; design future-state (TO-BE) models aligned to business goals.
* Define and manage UAT cycles, including UAT plans, detailed test cases, test data, defect logs, UAT sign-off documentation, and test summary reports
* Conduct gap analysis between current and future states, documenting impacts, risks, and actionable recommendations
* Plan and facilitate stakeholder workshops, producing agendas, and concise minutes with agreed actions
* Work closely with Project/Programme Managers to ensure scope control, change management, and delivery alignment.
* Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Product Managers to ensure alignment on the optimal design.
Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment
* Facilitate workshops across cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and structured decision-making.
* Act as the bridge between business teams and technology teams, ensuring requirements are fully understood and validated.
* Support the creation of business cases, value models, and prioritisation frameworks.
Quality & Governance
* Ensure documentation quality, standards, and best practices are upheld
* Validate solutions through UAT planning, scenario definition, and business sign-off.
The following knowledge, skills and competencies are required for this role:
* 3 years+ as a Business Analyst, preferably within complex, multi-system environments such as supply chain, logistics, finance, or large-scale enterprise technology programmes.
* Proven track record delivering BA work on large digital or technology transformation programmes.
* Strong exposure to ERP, eCommerce platforms, Data/Reporting or Customer Service systems is highly advantageous.
* Familiarity with SASS integrations, data flows, and dependencies.
* Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and ability to work through ambiguity.
* Excellent communicator with strong facilitation and influencing skills.
* Comfortable engaging at all levels within the company
* Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams
* High levels of accountability, ownership, and professional maturity.
* Comfortable with pace, ambiguity, and evolving priorities in a large organisation undergoing transformation.
This is a key position within the Business Process Improvement team. The successful candidate must be a highly motivated, self-directed individual with a desire for personal, company and Group achievement.
