Key Responsibilities:

* Manage your section effectively during morning service, ensuring timely delivery of dishes.
* Collaborate with pastry, grill, and hot stations to create a diverse and consistent breakfast menu.
* Maintain impeccable food safety and hygiene standards, adhering to HACCP and internal guidelines.
* Order, rotate, and manage stock for breakfast-specific ingredients, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
* Support the development of junior kitchen staff through training and mentoring during breakfast hours.
* Contribute to mise-en-place and prep tasks for afternoon service, ensuring seamless transitions.
Essential Qualifications:
* Prior experience in high-volume kitchens or breakfast services is highly valued.
* Strong technical skills in handling breakfast staples, including grills, eggs, pastries, and cold items.
* Knowledge of food hygiene practices (HACCP) and industry best practices is essential.
* Excellent organizational skills, particularly in coordinating early-morning shifts.
