Sales Development Representative
We're looking for a driven SDR to help build our sales pipeline and fuel company growth.
This is a high-impact role where you'll learn fast, own your work, and engage with senior decision-makers.
What You'll Do
Generate new business through outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls)
Research accounts and identify the right people to target
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book meetings for AEs
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging and targeting
Keep CRM data clean and up to date
Continuously test and improve your outreach
What We're Looking For
1-3 years in SDR/BDR, sales, or a fast-paced startup
Strong communication skills; clear, concise, and confident
Curious, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
Able to understand and explain technical ideas simply
Familiar with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
Nice to Have
Experience selling SaaS, tech, or data products
Exposure to outbound sales in high-performing teams
Experience reaching senior stakeholders (CTO, VP, etc.)
What Success Looks Like
Hitting monthly meeting (SQL) targets
Building strong pipeline for the sales team
Fast response to inbound leads
High-quality outreach and account research
Salary: €52K base / €79K OTE + shares
