Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Senior Building Management System (BMS) Design Engineer to join our team.
* Interface with clients and their BMS integrators to ensure seamless commissioning activities.
* Support commissioning activities such as SATs, Installation Verification, Operational Verification, writing of SOPs for the BMS.
* Develop I/O lists, client Sequence of Operations documents, and BMS System Architecture & Topography development.
* Review Software Functional Specifications and hardware specifications, panel wiring diagrams, and instrumentation design.
* Prepare and execute FAT/SAT documents and witness testing.
* Attend project, staff, company, design review, ISO, and group meetings to actively participate in discussions.
Our ideal candidate will have a Level 8 Engineering degree or minimum five (5) year apprenticeship program or related College technical diploma with six or more years of relevant experience.
Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or health-related facility, experience in a GMP manufacturing facility, and experience of sustainability projects would be an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good understanding of current good manufacturing practices, and proficiency in Microsoft applications are essential.
A strong background in BMS and general knowledge of network configuration, computer hardware, and software is also required.
