People Development Specialist Role
We are seeking a seasoned people development specialist to support the organization in driving employee growth, improving HR processes, and enhancing organizational capabilities.
The ideal candidate will partner with stakeholders to enhance workflows, embed performance practices, and deliver data-driven recommendations across the employee lifecycle. Professional bilingual skills in Portuguese and English are required due to ongoing work with a significant number of employees who speak these languages.
A 39 hour full-time working week is expected for this role.
