About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished junior quantity surveyor to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or individual with limited experience to gain extensive exposure to multiple projects across residential, commercial, pharmaceutical, industrial, and educational sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in managing project costs and financial reporting;
Support procurement and administration of subcontractor and supplier packages;
* Help prepare monthly progress accounts and valuations;
Assist with cash flow forecasting and cost monitoring;
* Collaborate with project teams to identify risks and maintain accurate records;
Participate in tender preparation and measurement tasks;
* Provide ad-hoc support to senior surveyors as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Level 8 degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
Strong IT skills (MS Office essential; Buildsoft/Cubit/Bluebeam advantageous);
Excellent numerical and analytical ability;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Highly organized with attention to detail;
Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure;
Full, clean drivers license
