Customer Success Manager – Part‑time
This is a part‑time role for a Customer Success Manager, responsible for supporting customer engagement and ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer lifecycle. In this role, you will assist with onboarding clients, addressing inquiries, guiding customers through product features, and ensuring they receive the support needed to achieve their goals. You will help monitor customer satisfaction, document feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Educational background in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
