Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts while driving new business opportunities in the Munster region. This is a client-facing field sales role, offering the chance to work with prestigious accounts and to make a real impact in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a portfolio of established client accounts in the Kerry region.
* Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
* Build strong, long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to ensure competitive positioning.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the highest level of customer service and account management.
Requirements
* Proven track record in field-based sales, ideally in office solutions, B2B, or a related industry.
* Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
* Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in the field.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the Munster region.
