This is a great opportunity for a Sales Engineer to grow and develop the Industrial Air business in Ireland by building strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and delivering end-to-end customer success. You will play a key role in expanding market presence, shaping customer solutions, and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new markets and sales channels.
Prepare proposals and deliver product/solution presentations.
Manage customer projects from solution design through handover.
Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and provide technical advice.
Support sales via demonstrations, exhibitions, and negotiations.
Ensure high-quality after‑sales service and customer satisfaction.
Record sales activity and contribute to national business growth.
Spend ~60% of time in the field identifying opportunities and building relationships.
Required Experience & Attributes
Proven sales experience; preference for Compressor and Air Treatment sectors.
Strong attention to detail; ability to challenge assumptions and improve solutions.
Proactive, positive, “can‑do” mindset.
Customer‑centric with excellent questioning and listening skills.
Effective workload and priority management.
Accountability for outcomes; resilient and learning‑oriented.
Commitment to continuous learning and openness to feedback.
