What you'll need to succeed
* APA/QFA qualification is preferable.
* Understanding of problem solving and decision making.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and keyboard skills.
* Ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
* Attention to detail, compliance with policies and regulations.
* Experience in providing high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
