We are looking for aDeskside Support Engineerto join our dynamic team and provide high-quality on-site support across our campus.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform PC and laptop hardware replacement, maintenance, and troubleshooting with accuracy and care.Provide Windows setup, troubleshooting and support within a fast-paced business environment.Carry out desk moves, including safely removing, relocating and reconnecting hardware equipment across the campus.Deliver hardware and peripherals to users and ensure timely deployment.Complete laptop and desktop imaging to company standards.Offer remote client support, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.Handle network cabling and patching, ensuring tidy and reliable connectivity.Support the network infrastructure, including switches, routers and wireless access points.Troubleshoot mobile devices, configure work profiles and install required business applications.Set up and maintain meeting rooms and conference rooms, ensuring all AV equipment is fully functional.Perform planned meeting-room tasks on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to guarantee smooth operation.RequirementsAbout YouStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexible, organised, and comfortable working in a busy environment.About ESP Global ServicesESP Global Services is a leader in providing customized, 24/7 IT support solutions to the aviation industry.
