Shorcontrol Safety is looking to recruit a Junior Lead Generator / Telesales Executive to support our sales team by generating leads and promoting our portfolio of safety training courses. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales within the health and safety industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Shorcontrol Safety training courses
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and outcomes on the Hubspot CRM system
* identify prospective customers possible training and compliance needs
* Achieve daily and weekly call and activity targets
Key Skills & Competencies
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Resilient, motivated, and target-driven
* Well organised with good attention to detail
* Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Experience & Qualifications
* Strong spoken and written English
* Interest in health and safety or training services
* Previous experience in a customer focused role would be advantageous (sales, telesales, call centre, retail, or customer service)
