Job Title:Document / Cost Controller Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) Location:Dublin, Ireland Duration:9 Months (with likely extension) Industry:Engineering / Construction About the Role: An established engineering contractor based in Dublin is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team in a dual Document Control / Costrole. This fixed-term position is to provide maternity cover for 9 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on business needs. Ideal candidate will have some estimation experience. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage all project documentation in accordance with company standards. Support the estimation team by assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, tender submissions, and pricing documentation. Coordinate incoming and outgoing documents between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors. Ensure document control processes are followed across all active projects. Assist with data entry, procurement logs, and compiling project reports. Requirements: Previous experience in document control, estimation, or a similar role within the engineering or construction sector. Proficiency with MS Office and document control systems (e.g. SharePoint, Aconex, or similar). Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and to deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic engineering environment with the potential for longer-term employment.
