• Talent Acquisition - Partner with Managers & Leaders to identify staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, drive the recruitment process from opening to close. Participate in interview processes offering insights and recommendations for candidate selection. ----------------------------------- • Employee Relations - Act as primary point of contact for employees and managers/leaders addressing HR-related inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Manage employee relations cases conducting thorough investigations when necessary.
Promote a positive work environment ensuring adherence to company policies procedures. • Performance Management - Guide Managers/Leaders in conducting performance reviews providing constructive feedback.
