Due to continued growth we are looking for a recruitment consultant to join our Construction team. You will manage a portfolio of client relationship attending to their recruitment needs. Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will work closely with clients in the Construction industry to identify, attract, and place top talent. Key Responsibilities: Client Development: Build and maintain relationships with Construction clients. Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Negotiate contracts and terms of business. Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and identify candidates using various channels (databases, job boards, social media, networking). Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for roles. Provide guidance to candidates on CV preparation and interview techniques. 360 Recruitment Cycle: Manage the full recruitment process, from job briefing to offer management. Liaise between clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process. Provide feedback and maintain communication throughout. Market Insights: Stay updated on Finance sector trends and recruitment best practices. Share market intelligence with clients to add value to their hiring strategies. What Were Looking For: A passion for recruitment and/or the Construction sector. Degree Qualified is desirable At least 12 months post qualification work experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and results-driven mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Previous sales, customer service, or recruitment experience (advantageous but not essential).
