Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support business leaders across EMEA & LATAM. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HR strategy aligned with business priorities and providing business partnership support.
Responsibilities
* Provide consultation and coaching to managers and leaders
* Partner with centres of excellence to resolve problems
* Lead the change management processes
* Coaching and implementation of management development programs
* Analyse data, trends, and develop solutions
* Partner with HR business partners and centres of excellence
* Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
Requirements
* HR-related Degree or equivalent experience
* 2+ years HRBP experience or relevant experience
* Experience with organisational development and change management, highly desirable
* Experience working in a global company across different geographies, highly desirable
* Experience with HRIS (Workday) and ticketing system
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
