We’re seeking passionate and dedicated Children’s Residential Care Worker to join our team. You will play a vital role in delivering individualised care to young people referred to our service, helping them grow, develop new skills, and overcome challenges.
As a Social Care Worker
* Support young people with education, daily routines, and life skills.
* Contribute to Behaviour Support and Placement Plans.
* Create a homely environment while ensuring records and safeguarding practices are maintained.
* Collaborate with families, professionals, and agencies.
As a Team Leader
* Lead and mentor staff during shifts, ensuring smooth, high-quality care.
* Develop and oversee Placement and Crisis Management Plans.
* Model best practice in therapeutic residential care.
* Communicate effectively with parents, social workers, and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Need
* A minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care (or equivalent supporting CORU registration). Level 8 degrees in related fields (Psychology, Youth Work, Counselling, etc.) are also considered.
* A full, clean driving licence valid in Ireland.
* Experience working with young people—particularly those with challenging behaviours.
* For Team Leaders, at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience is required.
