JOB ADVERTISEMENT APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION: COMMUNITY STAFF NURSE TEES Day Service, Dublin SPECIFIC PURPOSE PART-TIME CONTRACT of 28 HRS PER WEEK Salary: €37,288 - € 55,477*(LSI) *Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.
Essential: NMBI Registration in the RNID division.
Be committed to pro-actively supporting individuals in all aspects of their daily lives and choices through a person-centred approach Have proven organisational, leadership, communication, interpersonal and teambuilding skills Ability to network with external agencies, PHN's, GP's, acute hospitals, schools etc.
Experience of working in an interdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team Have ability to manage a caseload and to work on own Initiative Have a Full Clean valid Driving Licence and assess to own vehicle Desirable: Experience in epilepsy and diabetes Experience working in community setting providing supports to people with intellectual disabilities Have a good knowledge of HSE New Directions and the PCP framework.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
Have experience of working with Behaviours of Concern and complex care needs and supporting mentoring staff teams in the delivery of a high quality to the Supported Individuals.
