Senior Demand Generation Manager (German Language)

Our client is a large, global, product-led organisation operating at scale across multiple international markets.
We are seeking a Senior Demand Generation Managerto lead and optimise global demand capture campaigns. This role is strongly focused on owning campaign performance, clearly communicating results, and driving continuous improvementthrough data-led optimisation recommendations. The role sits within a highly collaborative, internationally distributed marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute global demand generation campaignsto meet lead generation and revenue targets
Partner with Growth Marketing, Sales, Content, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops to deliver end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns
Define campaign strategies using a test-and-learn approach, including A/B testing across paid media, email, and web channels
Manage external agencies supporting content and design development
Monitor and optimize campaign performance, analyzing engagement, lead volume, and funnel conversion metrics
Translate performance data into clear, actionable insightsto continuously improve results
Communicate strategy, performance updates, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and leadership
Required Experience & Skills
5–6 years of experiencein demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
Strong, demonstrable experiencesharing campaign performance updateswith stakeholders and leadership.
Proven ability torecommend and implement performance optimisationsthat improve results.
Experience owninglead and revenue targets, including exposure to large-scale or €1M+ campaigns.
Hands‑on experience managingfull campaign lifecyclesacross paid media, email, and web channels.
Experience engaging with new customerswithin the first 90‑100 days
Proficiency in German
