Care Supervisors play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality homecare services to individuals.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising social care & HCA staff
* Implementing policies and procedures, including budget management, Health and Safety, staff supervision, training, appraisal, and rostering of care staff
* Managing operational aspects concerning the running of the establishment
* Evaluating and monitoring the service provided, ensuring it meets the highest possible standards within available resources
To succeed as a Care Supervisor, ideal candidates should possess:
* A minimum level 7 qualification in Applied Social Care
* A thorough understanding of Principles and Practice of Social Care
* Fundamental knowledge of basic management principles
* At least three years' experience in a similar role
* A full Driving License
