We are seeking a skilled specialist to manage our site’s maintenance operations.
This exciting opportunity involves developing and implementing a robust maintenance system, including creating job plans and assigning maintenance frequencies. The successful candidate will work closely with reliability engineers to develop new maintenance strategies and plans for existing assets.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and implementation of the site's maintenance system.
* Develop the PPM (Planned and Predictive Maintenance) system, including writing job plans and assigning maintenance frequencies.
* Operate and execute the PPM Change Control System.
* Support the implementation of best practice methodologies/technologies, including LSS processes.
* Liaise with reliability engineers on criticality assessments.
* Register new equipment on the CMMS and develop BOMs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Trade qualification or 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline or experience working and developing maintenance systems/CMMS.
* Experience working in a maintenance systems environment, preferably in manufacturing with a strong compliance mindset.
* Knowledge and experience of CMMS systems.
