Office Manager Role
An exciting opportunity to join an international organization as Office & Facilities Manager.
* We are looking for a proactive individual to oversee office operations, maintenance, and supplies.
* The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact for staff, visitors, and external vendors, providing exceptional customer service.
* Key responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing post, courier services, and deliveries, as well as coordinating meeting rooms, AV equipment, and event logistics.
* This role requires strong administrative support skills, including travel arrangements, inventory management, and records maintenance.
* Furthermore, the successful candidate will ensure compliance with health and safety standards and act as the office First Aider.
* Additionally, this position involves monitoring the performance of external service providers and supporting process improvements.
* We are seeking someone who can foster positive relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and building management.
