Contract Specialist Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing and negotiating site contracts, ensuring compliance with departmental standards.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will take ownership of site contracts for assigned studies at country, regional or global levels. They will lead and guide contract negotiations, providing strategic direction to ensure efficient execution.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement contracting strategies in collaboration with project teams and clients;
* Liaise with project teams and client legal/budget teams on contracts;
* Risk management - identify potential risks to timelines and propose solutions;
* Maintain high-quality documents including Clinical Trial Agreements, budgets amendments etc.;
The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills combined with strong attention to detail coupled with ability negotiate confidently internally or externally.
