Senior HR Generalist Regional Position / Base is Dublin 24 Our client is a healthcare provider seeking a Senior Generalist to join their team.
This will suits a proactive HR operational professional who enjoys employee relations.
Two days office based and three days site based.
Salary: €45K - €55K will all depend on experience.
Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law Ensure compliance with HR regulations and industry standards Manage recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, and workplace investigations in full Maintain HR systems, records, and reporting Support payroll administration and learning & development initiatives Drive a positive employee culture and contribute to various HR projects Complete HR clinics & audits on a quarterly basis or as and when required.
Work closely with regional HR Managers The Candidate: Minimum 5 years experience in a busy operational HR Generalist role in healthcare industry Strong knowledge of employment law, industrial relations, and employee relations Excellent administration, communication, and multi-tasking skills CIPD qualification or relevant HR qualification preferred Approachable, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion Experience using Time & Attendance systems Full driving license with access to a car essential Skills: 5 years HR Generalist operational experience ER/IR see spec Healthcare industry Benefits: Benefits
