Senior Manufacturing Science & Technology Engineer / Scientist
We're looking for a Senior MS&T Engineer / Scientist to take full lifecycle ownership of a defined portfolio of commercial small-molecule products manufactured through global partners.
This is a role for someone who wants influence — not just activity.
You'll act as primary technical authority for assigned products, lead complex investigations, drive optimisation initiatives, and shape how MS&T operates within a growing SME environment.
This is portfolio-level ownership, not task execution.
What you'll be doing
Owning 8–12 commercial small-molecule products end-to-end
Acting as primary technical interface with CMOs
Leading complex investigations and systemic issue resolution
Driving yield, robustness, and efficiency improvements
Leading significant technical changes and site transfers
Proactively managing process risk through data and CPV analysis
Mentoring junior MS&T professionals
Supporting regulatory submissions and inspection readiness
You'll be the technical decision-maker for your products.
What we're looking for
6 -10+ years experience in small-molecule pharmaceutical manufacturing
Proven CMO-facing technical leadership
Strong tech transfer and lifecycle management experience
Ability to manage complex change in commercial environments
Confident technical judgement and decision-making capability
You're comfortable owning risk — and being accountable for outcomes.
