* Assist B2B clients with queries and technical issues via email, phone, and chat

* Ensure customer satisfaction remains consistently high
* Show flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude in every interaction
Your Requirements:
* Fluency in German and English (written & spoken, C2 level)
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Service or Technical Support)
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* A proactive, customer-first mindset
