Associate Director - Private Client Tax | Dublin | €Highly Competitive Im working with a highly regarded professional services firm who are seeking to appoint a Private Client Tax Manager to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced tax professional to take ownership of a varied private client portfolio while also playing a key role in shaping and developing the wider team.
Youll operate in a role that blends compliance delivery with advisory work, supporting clients with both their day-to-day obligations and longer-term tax planning strategies across a range of sectors.
The Role Take responsibility for managing and developing a portfolio of private client tax relationships Deliver both compliance and advisory services, ensuring all Revenue deadlines and obligations are met Identify tax planning opportunities and provide tailored, commercially focused advice Work closely with internal teams to coordinate delivery and ensure a seamless client experience Oversee workflow across the team, ensuring work is delivered efficiently and to a high standard Provide technical support and guidance across private client tax matters Lead, coach and mentor junior team members, including supporting appraisals and development Monitor performance, utilisation and work in progress to maintain quality and efficiency About You ACA / ACCA / CTA / CA (Ireland) or equivalent qualified Strong background in personal or private client tax within a practice environment Proven advisory experience across a range of sectors Confident communicator with strong client relationship management skills Experience in mentoring or developing junior colleagues Strong technical ability with a commercial mindset Benefits & Remuneration A market leading starting salary of €90-120,000 per annum (DOE) Hybrid & flexible working arrangements Lucrative bonus structure Enhanced wider benefits package Fantastic scope for future career development If you would like to hear more about this opportunity, please get in touch with Beth Gault at Artemis Human Capital or click Apply.
