Support Worker Role
Nua Healthcare Services provides Residential and Supported Living Services to individuals with complex support needs. Our team is seeking enthusiastic and creative candidates to join our Support Workers in enriching the lives of our service users.
* Provide care and support to people who require assistance with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
* Assist individuals in reaching their full potential by supporting them in education, skills development, and achieving personal outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have a passion for engaging with service users on a daily basis, and contribute to providing high-quality care while maintaining professional relationships within the team.
We offer comprehensive training and upskilling opportunities for our Support Workers. A Full Driver's Licence is required or in process of being achieved. No prior qualification necessary; all necessary training provided for Assistant Support Worker role. For Social Care Workers: Level 7/ 8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or related discipline registered with CORU would be an advantage but not essential.
