We're on the hunt for a Head Chef to lead the kitchen in our busy Cork City Centre bar.
For over 20 years, we've been serving up great pub grub in a casual, fun setting, with a menu of staples that our customers love and return for week after week.
We want someone who is:
Experienced in the kitchen – you've got the skills and know-how to run a fast-paced service.
Creative and innovative – while respecting our much-loved classics, you'll bring fresh ideas to specials and menu development.
A strong team player – you'll lead by example, motivate the kitchen crew, and keep the energy positive and fun.
Ready to step up – this role would suit a first-time Head Chef with the drive and confidence to take the reins.
The Role
Oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Deliver consistent quality
Work with management to design and roll out new ideas that fit our brand.
Lead, train, and support your kitchen team.
Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene.
