Company Intro / Summary A well-established Cost and Project Management Consultancy is currently seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Dublin.

Responsibilities Manage all pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties across multiple projects.
Prepare detailed cost plans, tender documentation, and procurement strategies.
Conduct value engineering reviews and provide commercial input at design stages.
Monitor project budgets, assess variations, and prepare interim and final accounts.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure clear communication and cost control.
Attend site visits and progress meetings, reporting on project financials and forecasts.
Support the development of junior team members and promote best practices.
Requirements Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Approximately 6 years of professional experience within a cost consultancy or project management environment.
Proven track record of delivering projects across various sectors.
Strong technical knowledge of construction costs, procurement methods, and contracts.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organisational skills.
Proficiency in cost management software.
Working towards or holding chartership (SCSI/RICS) is desirable.
