About Your Role
A Charlotte Tilbury Retail Artist is the true heart of where all the magic happens in our stores and counters.
Based on the shop floor, you are responsible for embodying our mission of empowering customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves, giving them the confidence to achieve their dreams.
You do this by combining your expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building emotional connections.
You believe in making the product accessible to everyone and can adapt your style to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs, consistently aiming to surpass expectations.
Build solid relationships with team members and management, fostering a strong team environment.
Champion world-class artistry and deliver an impeccable customer experience, representing the Charlotte Tilbury brand passionately.
Adapt your approach to different activities, customers, and opportunities to succeed.
Follow grooming standards to maintain a professional appearance that reflects the brand.
About You
Ideally hold an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy.
Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG is preferred.
Passionate about beauty and eager to promote and grow within the Charlotte Tilbury brand.
Experience in applying makeup and tailoring styles to different customer needs is advantageous.
