Finance Operations Manager
A leading finance team is seeking to hire an experienced Finance Operations Manager with a strong background in accounting and financial management. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of accounts payable and receivable, including posting and allocating payments, reconciling supplier and customer accounts, and overseeing credit control processes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar finance operation role, with a strong understanding of both payables and receivables. Experience with ERP systems is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided. The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial information.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of accounts payable and receivable
* Post and allocate payments, reconcile supplier and customer accounts, and oversee credit control processes
* Assist with month-end reporting, journal entries, and audit preparation
* Interact regularly with internal departments and external stakeholders
