The Role:
The Director of Operations and Business Performance will oversee and manage a diverse team responsible for business performance and forecasting, inventory management and capacity planning, and program oversight. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of driving operational excellence and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Business Performance & Forecasting Specialist, Inventory Management & Capacity Planning Leader, and Program Oversight Leader
- Oversee the transition of tactical tasks from the US, including invoicing quality checks and monthly accounting file delivery
- Monitor business performance, track forecasting, and identify trends to provide actionable insights
- Ensure accurate and timely financial tracking and reporting
- Inventory Management & Capacity Planning: Optimize resource allocation to achieve business objectives through real-time (intra-day) management
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of operational readiness initiatives across various lines of business
- Coordinate with AI, client service delivery, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of strategic initiatives
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure project performance and operational readiness

Requirements:
- Experience in leading and managing diverse teams
- Understanding of financial processes, including invoicing and accounting
- Experience managing operations across multiple geographies
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), dashboarding tools (Tableau, PowerBI), and SQL
- Experience in leading and managing complex projects and ensuring operational readiness
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in advanced data analytics and predictive modeling
- Project Management Certification / PMP or similar certification
- Familiarity with integrating AI solutions into business processes
- Expertise in leading change management initiatives
- Skills in advanced financial analysis and reporting
Soft Skills:
- Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial tracking and reporting
