Role Overview
Children’s Disability Network Manager (CDNM) is responsible for the development of Children’s Disability Services in line with National Policy. The role involves liaising with stakeholders including HSE, CDNM’s, staff and families regarding the delivery of services. Using the key principles of the Progressing Disability Services for Children and Young People programme as a model of service which is based on family‑centred practice and interdisciplinary team working, the CDNM is the accountable and responsible person for ensuring the delivery of high quality, safe, integrated children’s disability services.

We are seeking an inspiring, values‑driven CDNM who brings energy, empathy and commitment to ensuring that children and young people with complex needs have access to the right supports at the right time. The role reports to the Head of Community Integration.
Responsibilities
Ensure high quality, safe, integrated children’s disability services in line with National Policy and the Progressing Disability Services for Children and Young People programme.
Liaise with stakeholders including HSE, CDNM’s, staff and families to support service delivery.
Champion human rights, integrated care and person‑centred leadership, building strong inclusive teams.
Drive continuous learning and collaborative communication within the community.
Qualifications
Relevant professional qualification in Nursing or a Health and Social Care profession with statutory or professional registration/accreditation.
Minimum five years post‑qualification work experience, including at least three years managing or delivering children’s disability therapeutic services.
High standard of suitability and management ability for the duties of the office.

Salary range for Children’s Disability Network Manager (Salary code 6010) applies, €90,076 – €99,140.
