A prestigious luxury hotel is seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage Operations Manager to lead their dynamic F&B division.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive operational excellence and deliver exceptional guest experiences through effective management of F&B operations.
* Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning, financial performance, and service innovation.
* Mentor and develop a high-performing team through training, coaching, and professional development.
* Oversee cost control, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations to meet financial targets.
* Partner with the Executive Chef and Events team to evolve menus and deliver outstanding private dining experiences.
* Ensure full compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations.
With significant experience in senior F&B management roles, preferably within a 4-5 star hotel or premium hospitality group, you will have a proven track record of leading large-scale operations, managing budgets, and delivering guest-centric service.
Our ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach and passion for mentoring talent, as well as commercially astute experience in forecasting, cost control, and performance reporting.
Knowledge of current food trends, regulatory requirements, and luxury service standards is highly desirable.
