Key Responsibilities:
* Management of the Service Team: Lead and motivate a team of 12 professionals to deliver exceptional service results.
* Process Optimization: Maintain high-performance levels of service-related processes and implement improvements as necessary.
* Client Relationships: Nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
* Service Delivery Performance: Drive service delivery performance, meet customer expectations, and identify future demand opportunities.
* Service Improvements: Promote service improvements, ensuring timely implementation within existing frameworks.
* People Management: Lead people management, including staff recruitment, retention, performance appraisals, training, and mentoring.

Requirements:
* Engineering or Business Qualification: A relevant degree or equivalent experience in engineering or business.
* Leadership Experience: At least 2+ years' experience in leading services businesses, preferably in Engineering, IT, Services, Medical Devices, or Professional Services.
