**Front Office Manager Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage a reception/reservations team in a busy hotel environment.
This role will encompass ensuring a seamless guest experience upon check-in and departure, as well as everyday operations in a hospitality setting. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* 3+ years' experience as Front Office Manager is essential
* A proven track record of managing a reception/reservations team in a 4* or 5* hotel environment is required
* The successful candidate will be commercially and customer focused with attention to detail
* Exceptional leadership, reception, communication, organisation, and time management skills are necessary
The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Proficiency in office software, hotel booking engines, and CRM systems is also required.
