Job Title

A dynamic role with diverse responsibilities within a rapidly growing professional services firm.

This position offers a strong focus on office management and events coordination within their core functions team.

* Provide executive and administrative support to the senior leadership team.
* Manage firm travel arrangements.
* Take on office management responsibilities, contributing to the smooth operation of their Dublin 2 office.
* Act as the main Health and Safety contact for the office.

Key Skills:

* Strong interpersonal skills and can collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels.
* Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Requirements

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Office Management role.

Experience within the professional services industry (e.g., accounting firms, law firms) is highly advantageous.

Remuneration: Salary range based on experience, in the range of €45,000-€55,000.
