* Complete comprehensive people management duties, from regular check-ins to annual performance evaluations
Essential Qualifications:
* Postgraduate degree in hospitality or related field
* Minimum 2 years experience in Operations or Food and Beverage Management
* Demonstrated knowledge and passion for food, beverage, and banqueting, rooms, and front office functions
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities
