Finance Systems SupervisorOur client a leading Dublin based educational body is seeking a Finance Systems Supervisor to support and enhance its financial systems and helpdesk operations. Reporting to the Finance Systems and Transformation Manager, this role will work closely with finance teams, academic units, research centres, and investigators across the institution.This role is initially being offered as an 11 month FTC with flexible hybrid working.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the finance systems helpdesk and ensure SLA complianceTroubleshoot and resolve finance system issues, escalating where requiredMaintain and update helpdesk knowledge bases and ticket templatesConduct system access and compliance reviews and respond to audit queriesSupport core financial systems (including ERP, FP&A, and research costing tools)Produce operational KPIs and contribute to finance transformation initiativesDeliver system training and develop user training materialsParticipate in system upgrades, process improvements, and enhancement projectsQualifications & ExperienceNFQ Level 7 degree (or equivalent)Qualified/Part Qualified Accountant desirableMinimum 3 years' experience in a finance office working with large financial systemsDesirable ExperienceStrong ERP experienceSystem troubleshooting, reporting, workflow optimisation, and user security managementEnd-user training and supportData integration, system upgrades, and system administrationThis role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, research-intensive environment with a strong commitment to service excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement.ContactTo discuss this role further or other accountancy jobs please contact Jean O'Donovan on or
