Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Greenskeeper, located in Wicklow. The Greenskeeper will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the golf course to ensure optimal playing conditions. Key tasks include mowing greens, fairways, and roughs, performing landscape maintenance, managing irrigation systems, and overseeing turf health and turf management. The role involves early mornings and working in various weather conditions to maintain the course to the highest standards.
Qualifications
* Mowing and Landscape Maintenance skills
* Experience with Irrigation systems
* Knowledge of Turf and Turf Management
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience in golf course maintenance is a plus
* Relevant certifications in turf management or related fields are beneficial
