Requirements
* No formal qualifications are required for Assistant Support Workers, although relevant life experience is desirable.
* Social Care Workers must hold a Level 7/8 degree in Social Care/Healthcare or a related discipline and be registered with CORU.
* A full driver's license is essential, with some flexibility in terms of shift work and hours.
