Eir business talent are seeking applications for a Helpdesk Engineer, this is a long-term day rate contract position located in Longford.
This is a 7-day Helpdesk Service with Rota’d hours so flexibility is a must.
Responsibilities:
Respond to telephone and email.
Provide remote assistance to
Create and manage user AD.
Create and manage support to bespoke and other Applications.
Reset passwords.
Upgrade/downgrade user’s application access.
Image PC/setup
Smart device set-up/support
Backup/Restore
Provide remote assistance to Onsite.
New user account setup
Account removal/transfer.
Controlling and monitoring web access
1st tier issues resolution
Break/fix.
Complete or assign 2nd level requests to relevant parties where request cannot be resolved by Help Desk group. Note on occasion requests relate to specific business issues. In these cases, the ICT Help Desk will assign such a request to the relevant business system expert group.
Candidates must be eligible to work full time and long term in the location specified or currently hold a valid appropriate long term work Visa to apply.
