The Opportunity
Glanbia is currently seeking to recruit a Financial Analyst. This is a permanent opportunity reporting to the FP&A Manager.
The role is based in Waterside, Citywest, with a blended working arrangement available through our Smart working model, offering greater flexibility in how you work and live, promoting a better work-life balance.

Responsibilities
* Manage group SG&A costs, develop collection tools for forecasting and budgeting processes.
* Understand and oversee the management of $135m of SG&A costs, developing KPIs and dashboards for reporting.
* Consolidate actuals, forecasts, and budgets, providing analysis and variance explanations for senior management.
* Provide monthly commentary for SG&A reporting.
* Document internal processes for cost management and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Provide timely headcount and working capital reports.
* Enhance reporting and forecasting systems, including regional templates for consolidation.
* Assist in consolidating budgets and forecasts, explaining variances and key drivers.
* Support the development of the FP&A function and stakeholder training.
* Coordinate with regional and group finance teams to meet global requirements.
* Perform ad-hoc projects as needed.
Skills and Experience
* 1-2 years post-qualification accounting and commercial experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
* Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
* Proactive, self-motivated, able to meet deadlines.
* Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
* Advanced Excel skills, proficient in Word and PowerPoint.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
