We are looking for a Quality & Environmental Manager in LimerickResponsibilitiesDevising and establishing company procedures, standards and specifications.Reviewing customer requirements, to ensure that they are met.Working with other departments to establish quality and environmental requirements.Setting standards for Quality & Environment as well as health and safety.Making sure that manufacturers processes meet international and national standards.Defining procedures in conjunction with operating staff.Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.Liaising with customers, suppliers and transport companies.Planning, coordinating and monitoring of all key Quality and Environmental metrics.Rolling out training for all staff.Having a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the Integrated Management System contributes to these.Responding to and dealing with customer communication and interested Parties by email and telephone.Organising the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.Motivating, organising and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCEA minimum of a degree in a related topicExperience in managing people5 years Working in a fast-paced Manufacturing / Service industry, that is regulated
