Clinical Nurse Manager 1 - Residential Services Permanent Full-Time (CNM1-DUBRESAM-JUN2025) Applications are invited for the position of CNM 1 who will have responsibility for coordinating and leading the continued provision and development of meaningful, person-centered services/ supports and opportunities for adults with intellectual disabilities who avail of residential supports in the Dublin South West area. The successful candidates will have: A relevant 3rd level qualification in the area of Nursing is essential Be registered on the live register as maintained by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI). A qualification in Management and Supervisory experience is essential. Minimum 3 years paid experience working with people with intellectual disability is essential. A thorough understanding of, and experience with, the provision of service and supports to adults with intellectual disabilities Strong clinical, managerial, and administrative and computer skills Excellent knowledge of all aspects of Medication Management Excellent knowledge and understanding of HIQA Standards and regulations. Experience of working in a residential setting, delivering person centred services to adults with intellectual disability is desirable. Knowledge of person centred care planning Demonstrate evidence of continued commitment to professional development.
