Job Overview
A senior process engineer is required to work with a medical device manufacturing client on a contracting basis. The initial contract period will last 12 months.
The Role of this Position
1. To identify and implement continuous improvement activities that enhance product quality and overall equipment effectiveness.
2. To engage personnel in identifying and resolving corrective/preventative actions addressing any manufacturing issues related to process quality.
3. Solving problems using data-driven decision making, taking the initiative while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
4. To deliver high-quality products to customers within set timelines and budget constraints across multiple value streams.
Managing projects, planning, coordination, change management via quality systems in a matrix environment. Troubleshooting complex equipment/systems/process issues utilizing statistical methodologies. Key Requirements for Success A minimum B.Sc or B.Eng honors degree qualification in Physics/Chemistry/Biological Science or Mechanical/Material/Process Engineering, with strong evidence of delivering results. Minimum 7 years experience working as an Engineer in GMP environments .
